Soak Mung Beans in water for 8 hours, then, throw away the excessive water. Put wet cloth or wet paper kitchen towel on top of the mung beans until germination. Normally, it takes less than 2 days. Afterwards, put all the mung beans to soil like normal planting. No fertilizing is necessary. Let the mung beans to grow (don't let them grow until flowering) until see the leaves, mix them (leaves and roots) with the soil, it helps to fertilizer the soil. Basically, Green Manure is prepared when the sowing season has not started yet.
