How:   

1. Measure enough seeds.

2. Prepare your growth medium whether it is soil or a hydroponic growth mat.  By getting it sufficiently moist.

3. Spread the seed evenly across the surface of the growth medium. **Cover seeds with a thin layer of soil for soil planting.

4. Cover the seeds for 1 to 2 days to allow seeds to germinate.

5. Uncover seeds and place under a grow light or in a place in your home that gets sunshine.

6. Continue to water to keep the growth medium moist when necessary until mature.
